I’m not sure what it is with some things in life. Why is it that I’m able to be funny in large groups of people, really feel comfortable talking with people at career fairs, be the lead in the school play back in high school, mingle with Midway Game executives and interview people in some of the largest cities in the world; but when it comes to me making a phone call with a girl, I freeze. And I’ve never even had this much trouble. I mean, I know I don’t get the chance to call girls that much in of interest of getting to know them. But it’s never been this bad. I have never felt so embarrassed. I stumbled over my words so many times, I’m surprised I wasn’t hung up on. Josh later though gave me a lot of great advice. He’s a good friend, and helped me feel like I’m not as much as an idiot as I thought after that call. This girl seems really cool, and I’ve been keeping my cool the other times I’ve talked to her off the phone, so I gotta keep it cool while on the phone. We’ll see…
Senior project is in full swing. We’re getting the best grades in the class, which is awesome. I can’t wait to be done. I’m going to be busy tomorrow as I’m going to see Grease. Dustin, my cousin’s boyfriend got the lead, so that should be cool. Also, I have a lot of homework to get done tomorrow, so we’ll see where things stand come Monday. I’m tired and falling asleep so I’m going to head to bed. Later.
